Flowers & Flounce

This is a dress I am working on right now that is actually recycled from a plus dress I made a while back that didn't end up getting used.  I decided to take apart and make it into something for the current collection.  I am almost done I just need to put the finishing touches on it. Originally I was going to keep it white but, I think i want to dye it.  I must admit I have a hard time keeping things white I am addicted to color!
