Gum Drops & Ruffles

This top would look super cute on the dance or yoga floor!  I had some ribbed cotton jersey left over from the green tank.  I decided to make a crop tank and apply solid dye on the tank but, tie dye for the ruffles.  I love dying fabric it really is one of my favorite things to do.  It really has a mind of its own and you really have to just go with the flow and see what happens.  This one is for me but, there is plenty more where that came from.
