That’s why her hair is so big: It’s full of secrets.

This skirt came about because, of the small piece of yellow fabric I had left.  It wasn't enough to make a full garment so, I landed on the idea of a color blocked skirt.  I squeaked out enough to do the side panels and waistband.

That is what I love about design inspiration can come from anywhere even the lack of fabric!
