Look Honey! I’ve got a run in my pantyhose…but I’m not wearing pantyhose!

This project was a bit of a challenge.  I actually started out with the intention of this being a dress but, I ran out of fabric.  After some thought I realized this would be a super cute little crop top.  I had to do some reconfiguring and after some sighing - Voila!  That is what I love about design and fabric something isn't working and a few tweaks and it ends up something else!
